Welcome to Romsey Voices website

Romsey is an incredible singing town and ‘Romsey Voices’ is one of the newest choirs.  Our membership is now full but please contact us if you are interested in joining so we can add you to our waiting list.

This choir for men and women was formed in 2015 and has around 80 members ranging in age from ~20 to ~80.  Singing is great fun and makes you feel good, singing with other people is very uplifting and everyone will be made to feel very welcome.  We also aim to have several social activities each year – Christmas Dinner, barn dances etc.

Our music is varied, featuring songs from the shows as well as arrangements of popular songs and some more classical pieces.  Who knows what we’ll end up doing along the line – it’s proving to be a fun musical journey.  We perform several concerts per year raising funds for various charities as well as occasional music festivals, most recently at the Mid-Somerset Festival in Bath.  In 2018 we went on our first tour to Verona, Italy and hope to be touring again soon.

If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us to find out more
